Recorded in Flying Fox Studio Wagga Wagga in 2003 / 04 this again has 12 original as well as another classic "Can't Be Satisfied". A Muddy Waters standard.
This album is somewhat mellow however it does have FREIGHT TRAIN on it. A song that has received both national radio and television air play in Australia.
This album sits in the style of country blues. Mostly acoustic music with resophonic (dobro like) guitars, harmonica and wash board. Old timey.
Col Ray Price "Broken Dream & Shattered Hearts" 2002
This is my first studio album. 10 original songs recorded at White House studio in Tumut NSW.
This album sits in a Chicago style of blues music. Some good fun songs in a jump style and some delta style songs as well.
Col Ray & The Scary Cats :Hillbilly Punk Blues" 2003
This album is recorded live in Wagga Wagga. It's pure fun. It is by no means the best of quality technically speaking. BUT the energy that it has captured says it all.
It has received air play all over the world. It has charted in northern Europe and the South Americas.
Tiger Man (a Rufus Thomas Jnr song) puts a smile on peoples faces every time. Pure roots energy and great fun

Col Ray & The Scary Cats "Live" 2000
This is old school stuff dating back to the old style of band. Very pub rock orientated and piano driven. Recorded live late 2000 at a couple of gigs it gives a very true indication of how hard driving, tight and in your face we were.
People like Dave the Cat Man Casey on lead. Johnny 6 Pack on bass. One of Duke Smyth's last gigs with us on drums and Col Ray on piano.
